As part of the ongoing efforts to promote a positive work culture by evaluating our strengths and opportunities for improvement, WVU plans to launch the WVU Culture and Engagement Survey next spring.
In preparation for the survey launch, the Talent and Culture Leadership and Organization Development team is organizing a series of one-hour focus groups (virtual and in-person) over the next few weeks with employees to provide them with a taste of the new survey and collect feedback on the overall survey experience.
The survey will use a new tool called Waggl, which is an employee voice platform used to gain real-time information to drive action and alignment around critical topics.
Focus group participants were selected at random and represent a representative sample of colleges, divisions and units. If you are asked to participate in a focus group, you should do everything possible to attend.
The LOD team also plans to host several open-invitation discussion groups in October. Stay tuned for more details.
