Custom Training Solutions (CTS), a Prescott Valley consulting firm, was contracted by the City of Prescott Valley to conduct community research on identified topics, including:

  • Water supply
  • Water regulations
  • Water conservation
  • Communication

A series of citizen focus groups are planned over the next two months. Each session lasts an hour and a half.

Ginger Johnson, president of CTS, said the information gathered from the focus groups will be used to develop a larger community survey that will be available to all citizens of the city.

“We want to make sure that every member of the community has the opportunity to be heard by participating in a focus group or completing a community survey to follow at a later date,” she said.

All focus groups are held in the Crystal Room, 3rd Floor of the City of Prescott Valley Library, 7401 E. Skoog Blvd. Participation is limited to Prescott Valley residents and pre-registration is required.

Please send an email to [email protected] expressing your interest in participating. Include your name, address, and phone number in the body of the email. You will receive confirmation of attendance based on space limitations and schedule availability.

All contact details will remain confidential. Comments made by community residents during the focus group will be reported as a whole and will not be attributed to any specific individual. Any questions regarding the process and/or forum dates and times can also be submitted to the CTS email [email protected]
