Main Street Charles City conducts business development strategy surveys – KCHA News

Public help sought for two online polls launched June 1st designed to help Charles City officials grow and retain local businesses.

Both surveys are part of a market research and strategy process conducted by Main Street Charles City, with assistance from Main Street Iowa State staff.

The general public is encouraged to participate in the consumer survey to provide information about the shopping and dining options they enjoy and enjoy in Charles City, as well as what is not currently offered that they would like to have.

Local business owners and managers are being asked to help Main Street Charles City assess and track economic conditions in downtown Charles City through a separate survey.

Each survey should take 5 minutes or less to complete, and all business or personal information submitted is confidential. The survey will run from June 1-15 and will be followed by a public presentation of the results on July 12.e.
