Lancashire self-storage company tops customer review site, earning it platinum award
A storage company with units in Lancashire received the highest service award by a well-known review site.
Smart Storage, which has stores in the North West in Preston, Altrincham, Warrington, Widnes, Bromborough and Liverpool, won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award.
The award recognizes companies that deliver exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers. As all reviews are verified as genuine by Feefo, the accreditation faithfully reflects a company’s commitment to providing exceptional service.

Feefo awards Platinum Trusted Service awards to companies that have achieved the Feefo Gold standard for three or more consecutive years.
The Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award recognizes organizations that have collected at least 50 Feefo reviews in one year and achieved a service rating of at least 4.5.
To avoid penalizing companies unduly suffering from the effects of the coronavirus pandemic, organizations were rated on an average score over the 24-month period covering 2020 and 2019.
