Irish Pizza Place Hilariously Destroys Bad Customer Reviews With The Simpsons Reference

A Galway pizza place reacted brilliantly to bad customer reviews by using a classic Simpsons reference.

The Dough Bros on Middle Street in Galway is one of the top rated restaurants in town and does tremendously well on Tripadvisor with less than 30 bad reviews in over 2,300 reviews.

Every now and then restaurant owner Eugene Greaney responds to customers who offer unfair reviews, including a great response some time ago.

A disgruntled visitor said that the ingredients were “cheap”, that you should “make your own pizza” and that it should only be used as a “last resort”.

Returning to the review, Mr Greaney said he would look into the customers’ complaint and ask his private investigator, Chief Wiggum, to deal with the case.

Tripadvisor exchange

The owner said: “When a review comes in that is so off the charts compared to the 1600 or so others, you really have to question its credibility.

“We asked our leader PI Wiggum of The Simpsons to follow this lead and he found a very specific case of sabotage.”

Dough Bros. seldom faces such bad reviews, having racked up 1,600 excellent ratings and holding an extremely impressive 4.5 out of 5 rating on the site.
