Goulburn-Murray Water (G-MW) will host a series of focus groups to engage with customers and help further inform the development of its service plans.

Gravity Irrigation, Diversion and Drainage customers are invited to participate in a series of customer focus groups between November 22 and December 3.

G-MW’s managing director of strategy and service planning, Daniel Irwin, said the focus groups were the next step in G-MW’s engagement program following the recent survey to collect customer feedback on service improvement opportunities.

“During the sessions, we will discuss survey feedback and ‘deep dive’ into key themes to help further inform the development of G-MW’s gravity and deviation service plans,” a- he declared.

Each focus group session will last approximately two hours via an interactive online format and will be moderated by a G-MW staff member.

Places are limited to 10 clients per discussion group so that everyone has the opportunity to express themselves.

“We seek representation in our gravity and diversion irrigation customer groups to ensure that these discussions and the feedback we receive are transparent and reflective of those customer groups,” Irwin said.
