Goulburn-Murray Water (G-MW) will host a series of focus groups to engage with customers and help better inform the development of its service plans.
Gravity Irrigation, Diversion and Drainage customers are invited to participate in a series of customer focus groups between November 22 and December 3.
G-MW Director General of Strategy and Service Planning Daniel Irwin said focus groups are the next step in G-MW’s engagement program following the recent survey to gather feedback. customer feedback on service improvement opportunities.
âDuring the sessions, we will discuss survey feedback and ‘dive deep’ into key themes to help further inform the development of G-MW’s gravity and deviation service plans,â he said. he declares.
Each focus group session will last approximately two hours in an interactive online format and will be facilitated by a G-MW staff member.
Seating is limited to 10 clients per focus group to ensure everyone has a chance to speak.
“We seek representation in our Irrigation and Gravity Bypass customer groups to ensure that these discussions and the feedback we receive are transparent and reflect these customer groups,” said Mr. Irwin.
Gravity focus groups will be held for the western region (Loddon Valley and Torrumbarry) on November 23 at noon and November 30 at 6:30 pm.
A group from the central region (Rochester and Central Goulburn) will meet on November 24 at noon and December 1 at 6:30 p.m.
In the east (Murray Valley and Shepparton), the dates are November 25 at noon and December 2 at 6:30 p.m.
The groundwater diversion focus groups are November 23 at 6:30 p.m. and November 30 at noon.
Discussions on regulated water will take place on November 24 at 6:30 p.m. and December 1 at noon. Regulated D&S issues will be raised on November 26 at noon and November 29 at 6:30 p.m.
The unregulated water focus groups will meet on November 25 at 6:30 p.m. and December 2 at noon, with the unregulated D&S on November 22 at 6:30 p.m. on December 3 at noon.
A discussion group on drainage will be held on November 29 at noon and November 30 at 6:30 p.m.
