Community satisfaction survey interviews underway

This year’s Community Satisfaction Survey interviews take place in September and will continue over the coming months.

This means your household may receive a call from an independent market research agency, National Field Services.

They were tasked with conducting a community satisfaction survey on behalf of the Council.

Similar surveys will be undertaken in Victoria councils.

The survey is designed to assess our performance to help us identify ways to improve and provide more efficient services.

The survey will include n=400 interviews conducted with a representative sample of residents.

We appreciate you taking the time to help us with your valuable feedback.

Rest assured that your contact details and individual responses are confidential. Only the overall results are communicated to us.

Polls will take place from:

  • September 1 to 30
  • from November 14 to December 11, and
  • From January 23 to March 19.
