Jigsaw executives have an average of 15 years experience (we don't employ junior staff), meaning we a) design & analyse projects mindful that business issues & decision making are (at least) as complex, emotional & multifaceted as in consumer research and b) bring fresh insights with an awareness of consumer trends impacting on business culture & utilising innovative consumer techniques, e.g. ethnographic approaches. We have a special interest in SME research, approaching it as a hybrid of the consumer & corporate arenas with business decisions based on experience in both these worlds
