Email :Online methods are transforming qualitative research. Joanna Chrzanowska of Genesis Consulting - an experienced qualitative researcher and trainer for the MRS and other organisations - will be answering some of the key questions researchers are asking about the techniques and their application to B2B research.
Joanna has been engaged in qualitative research since the early 1970s, when she joined the Schlackman group, which was hugely influential in establishing qualitative research in the UK and acted as an unofficial training ground for many researchers.
Trading as Genesis Consulting, she has probably conducted at least a couple of thousand groups, not to mention hundreds of depths and workshops. Joanna is now primarily a trainer in qualitative methods and has contributed to, or run training courses for AQR (Association of Qualitative Research), has been an In Company trainer for the Market Research Society, and an examiner for the Advanced Certificate.
BIG members enjoy free admission to Forum meetings. Non-members are welcome for a small fee of £5. For our normal evening meetings, there is no need to pre-book but it does help for catering purposes if you drop an email to the contact and let us know you are coming. Feel free to bring a colleague (or two).
Refreshments include wine, juice, soft drinks and nibbles before the Forum. After the meeting you are invited to continue the discussions and networking in our nearby BIG Forum local pub.
The BIG Forum is part of the Business Intelligence Group (BIG) and exists to provide business-to-business researchers with an opportunity to meet and exchange views with their colleagues in an informal setting - a chance to network with friends and colleagues while catching up on the latest thinking in business-to-business research. This event is sponsored by Research Now.
