Please join us on 21st February when the subject matter will be that ever-engaging issue of how to move from satisfaction to increasing loyalty and engagement among customers. Debbie Senior, Harris Interactive UK, and Llinos Jonathan, Ivensys Controls, will show how Ivenys has used its customer loyalty research to review its internal and external strategies in order to be able to compete more effectively and differentiate itself.

Debbie and Llinos are among the nominees for the BIG MRS Business Research Award.

We meet at 6.00 before the Forum for refreshments - wine, juice, soft drinks and nibbles. After the Forum you are invited to continue the discussions and networking in our nearby BIG Forum local pub.

The BIG Forum is part of the Business Intelligence Group (BIG) and exists to provide business-to-business researchers with an opportunity to meet and exchange views with their colleagues in an informal setting - a chance to ‘network’ with your friends and colleagues while catching up on the latest thinking in business-to-business research.

BIG members enjoy free admission to evening meetings. Non-members are welcome for a small fee of £5. For our normal evening meetings, there is no need to pre-book but it does help for catering purposes if you drop an email to the contact below and let us know you’re coming. Feel free to bring a colleague (or two).
